North Carolina Passes Anti-BDS Legislation

Today the state of North Carolina passed anti-BDS legislation, becoming the 22nd state to take action against BDS. We applaud the hard work of the Jewish Federations across North Carolina. The Jewish Federation of Raleigh-Cary, Jewish Federation of Greater Charlotte, The Jewish Federation of Durham-Chapel Hill, and Greensboro Jewish Federation all worked closely with the Israel Action Network to pass this important legislation.

“The Jewish Federations across North Carolina have worked diligently on legislation to ensure that BDS efforts in their state fail. We applaud their tremendous work and commend the members of the North Carolina legislature for taking this important step against discrimination against Israelis by those who oppose the right of the Jewish people to self-determination in our homeland,” said IAN Chair Skip Schrayer.
